About Auxiliary Business Division (ABD), HMT Limited Bangalore & Pinjore

Auxiliary Business Division (ABD) is the part of HMT Limited, undertaking by Government of India. We as ABD have been taking care of assembling & selling of HMT watches, selling of tractor spares, HMT Heritage Centre & Museum, Bangalore Township with approx. 1500Nos different types of quarters at Jalahalli, Bangalore and also Pinjore Township with approx. 1500Nos different types of quarters at Pinjore and closer activities of Ranibagh watch factory & Pinjore Tractor factory.

Bangalore Township :

HMT Township, Bangalore is located at Jalahalli village and can be easily reachable from Majestic Bus stand by BMTC Bus No’s. 273C/273/273E/500c etc., and it is very near to HMT Machine Tools Factory, Jalahalli Police station, 1 km from BEL Circle, 2km from KG Halli road, 3km from Mathikere, etc., This township is with full greenery environment and having facilities of HMT Hospital, Executives Club, HMT Sports Club, HMT Mathulla stadium, HMT Cinema Hall, Garden restaurants,, parks, medical shop, petty shops, Hanuman Temple etc., This HMT Township is having of 7 different variety of quarters like M & O1 type, O type, J type, S type, A type and W type quarters (For more details about individual quarters click here). HMT quarters will be allotted to HMT Employees on roll and other government organisations like BMTC, Police Department, BBMP, BESCOM, etc., based on employee pay scale with HMT procedure, terms and conditions.

Pinjore Township :

HMT Township at Pinjore is located on the both sides of NH-22 near to the Yadavendra Garden and can be easily approachable from Panchkula and Chandigarh. It is very near to HMT Machine Tools Factory, ESI Hospital, Kaushalya Dam and Pinjore. This Township is with full greenery environment and having facilities of HMT Hospital, Executives Club, HMT Sports Club, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Bhawan, Post Office, Janj Ghar, Shopping Centre, St. Vivekanand Millennium School, Parks, Geeta Mandir and Gurudwara etc.

HMT Township at Pinjore is divided in to four sectors i.e. Sector-I, II, III & IV. Sector-I consists of Officers Colony on the East side of National Highway – 22 (Chandigarh – Shimla Road) and is having MD House, ED Bunglow, Transit House, O-Block & F-Block quarters. Sector – II, III and IV is situated on west side of NH- 22. Sector – II consists of B –type quarters, Sector – III consists of AD and C – type quarters and Sector – IV consists of A, G & H – type quarters.

HMT quarters will be allotted to HMT Employees on roll and other government organizations like Haryana Govt., Public Sector, U.T. Chandigarh, NDRF & Defense Employees etc. based on employee pay scale with HMT Procedure, terms and conditions.
